serene stay
spacious layout rooftop terrace
i appreciated the spacious layout of the two bedroom apartment we stayed in. the apartment included two bathrooms. this provided ample space for our family of four. i also enjoyed the surprise rooftop terrace that offered some additional outside space.
during our stay, i noticed the shower was a bit grimy around the edges. controlling the shower temperature was also difficult.

high quality huge patio stained paint cockroach problem
The buffet was excellent. It offered high quality food. The AC worked very well in our room. We had a huge patio by the pool.
Our room was showing its wear! There was considerable stained paint. The kick-plate in the kitchen would fall out every time I opened the dishwasher. I found cockroaches, which moved quickly under the carpet around midnight.

food temperature evening buffet
the resort had lovely amenities and good access by car to the local area.
I found the food temperature at dinner disappointing. It was often barely warm. i even sent some food back once, but it was still not hot when it came back, though the plate was. the evening buffet was especially underwhelming and certainly did not meet expectations for a five-star hotel.

Very nice Hotel Experience
easy access friendly staff
I enjoyed the easy access from the resort to the boardwalks on the cliff. This allowed me to see the sunsets. The staff were all attentive, especially at the Gastro Pub and Lighthouse Bars. The VIEW was really good!!!
There were no cushions on the outdoor loungers. The patio furniture was broken. Bird poo covered the loungers. The shower rails were rusted. The varnish wore off the doors.

Breakfast had plenty of options. The red fruit yoghurts and the fresh fruit stood out as really good choices. The gastropub lunches were another highlight, especially the club sandwiches. I was IMPRESSED!!!

The rooms were spacious, including quiet air conditioning. There were also plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas around the pools. The resort maintained cleanliness in every area, a significant positive.

The staff catered to my every need. This ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible. The personnel helped me with questions about getting around. The staff were ALWAYS able to answer my questions.

ample space special touch convenient location
The apartment size pleased me greatly. A two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup provided ample space for my family. A rooftop terrace added a special touch. The secondary pool was conveniently located near our apartment. Access to the main building with restaurants posed no problem.
The gym's operating hours posed a very slight restriction to my schedule as it opened later than expected.

Two kids' pools provided different options for children. Umbrellas at the pool seemed insufficient for the sunny weather. Parking had ample spaces, a feature of notable convenience. Breakfast features diverse, high-quality choices.

Younger staff exhibited friendliness, which enhanced the cute feeling. Older staff seemed less approachable, though this did not marr the stay. Staff cleaned our room daily, an amenity I appreciate. Room service delivered meals promptly.
